Apple also introduced the iPhone Simulator. This tool runs on a Mac, and simulates the entire API stack of the iPhone OS. You can therefore run your applications in the simulator, which gives developers an incredible turnaround time on development. The SDK is made up of several Core technologies. Most of what you find in the iPhone OS is the same as what you would find in OS X, except power management. Core Services, Core Location and Core Audio will also be available to developers. The SDK (Beta) is available immediately, for free and can be downloaded from Apple’s Web site. The iPhone Developer Program, also announced today, will initially be available in the US and will expand to other countries in the coming months. The program is only 99$ to register. Oh and I forgot to mention the iFundiphone ifund
